Chair based fitness classes designed to improve your strength and balance.
Our classes cater for all abilities and everyone is welcome to join us.
We specialise in exercise for the older person but classes are open to all ages. The aim is to reduce falls through strength and balance exercises, strengthen upper body muscles and improve confidence and independence all in a friendly and socially stimulating environment.
The Sit to Get Fit sessions can be done fully seated or with some standing work with the use of a chair for support. The class is suitable for wheelchair users.
